Industrial High Temperature Boiler Centrifugal Fan Y5-47
The Y5-47 centrifugal fan is specially designed for coal-fired industrial and domestic boilers with a capacity of 0.2-20t/h. It works alongside smoke and dust removal systems. The fan comes in three transmission types: TYPEA, C, and D.
It's ideal for conveying gas with a dust content of less than 50mg/m³. The incoming flue gas temperature should range between 165℃ and 250℃. For higher temperatures above 250℃, a stainless steel high-temperature boiler fan is recommended.
The Y5-47 is equipped with a Type A Reloadable Motor. General ventilation motors follow E-class standards, while high-temperature motors are made from heat-resistant materials. To dissipate heat, a cooling wind wheel is added to the extended shaft between the impeller and motor housing, effectively preventing heat transfer.
The Y5-47 has a straightforward structure that's easy to maintain.
